Orders before Public Holiday, especially within 2 weeks before Christmas, this may cause delays. This should be taken into consideration.
We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase. If any reason you are not 100 % satisfied we are happy to offer a refund or replacement on any item returned to us. All of our diffusers are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All essential oil and Vintage Beauty products are eligible for a return or exchange within 15 days of purchase. We are not able to accept the return of any products that has been used. (essential oils and Vintage Beauty products which are opened and used.). We cannot do this, because of hygienic.
Returning a product:
Should you wish to exchange or return an item, you must first email us (info@magicnaturals.net). We answer for your email and after it you can post the item.
Refund
We will send you an email of your refund after we have received, checked and processed the returned item (s).
In this case, when no fault on our part, the full cost packing and shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You can expect a refund within 14 business days of our receiving your returned item (s).
All of our diffusers come with a 1-year warranty.
Each our diffuser is ultrasonic. This means that they emit no heat, and are ran through vibrations. Because of this the plastic, water, and oils are not heated while diffusing.
Yes. You can. Because there is no flame or heat you can use it in safe near children, pets and elderly.
Replace the tap water in the water tank with fresh water every day. Clean the inside of the tank regularly and always ensure the tank is clean before use.
The best thing is ask your doctor. For a diffuser, we recommend using less of essential oils than usually, if you are pregnant (about 2-3 drops instead of 6-7 drops) and when it comes to newborns, we recommend waiting six months before using essential oils.
We recommend these essential oils (but the best if you ask your doctor): Lavender, Grapefruit, Lemon, Orange.
